we're looking for:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (Wireless) to join our team.

Role and Responsibilities:

E2E Development Program Manager for the Wireless Network customers. Manages the customer deliverables to meet customer expectations. Lead and manage new product and SW feature/package development and implementation for wireless customers. Manages the strategy, planning and scheduling of day-to-day activities and support of the projects and activities assigned to complete them effectively and efficiently for customers. Manages the resources (resources and equipment) for projects and activities to complete them successfully. Manages the risk and risk mitigation implementation to minimize impacts to the customers. Direct interface and communications for internal teams, management and external customers. Manages the status reporting to internal teams, management and customers. Required Experience and Education :

Minimum 8 years in Project/Product Management related activities. Minimum 5 years of experience in Networks and/or Telecommunications Projects. Engineering or Management Undergrad Degree from an accredited university (advanced degree is a plus). Previously management of wireless new product and/or SW package development and delivery for a major operator. Experience with developing and implementing Project Management benchmarks and best practices. Strong background in 4G and 5G networks in wireless technologies. Background in managing multiple projects and/or activities simultaneously. Experience in developing and managing outside vendors. Experience working and coordinating activities from multiple groups. In-direct Personnel Management experience. Necessary Skills and Attributes:

Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment. Detail-oriented with strong organization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize assignments to meet tight schedule - goal driven and achievement oriented. Technical knowledge in 4G and 5G wireless networks. Ability to work, manage and prioritize expectations from multiple external and internal customers. Capability to clearly communicate with peers, team members, management and customers on status, plans, risks and critical issues. Comfortable with making quick/key decisions and then taking responsibility to push forward. Ability to manage and bring together a team from multiple groups to achieve goals and meet/exceed customer expectations. Capability to work with minimum supervision required - highly motivated and self-driven. Excellent skills in Microsoft and other Project Management Tools. Able to critically evaluate and question data. Ability to think and move quickly with limited information. Comfortable with a highly dynamic and changing work environment. Positive attitude and persistence are key to success in this role. Competitive, strong desire to "win". Quarterly domestic travel. Physical Demands:

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
