We're seeking an experienced
Maintenance Technician
to perform complex mechanical and electrical work, ensuring our manufacturing equipment and plant facilities operate at peak efficiency. In this hands-on role, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of advanced equipmentmaking a direct impact on production uptime and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair
mechanical,
electrical/electronic,
hydraulic, and combustion
malfunctions. Troubleshoot using ladder logic in
Allen Bradley SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix
systems. Modify positions and resolve issues on
ABB robots
(Models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, M6700). Install, relocate, and align new and existing manufacturing equipment. Operate machine shop tools with accuracy and efficiency. Perform both
gas and electric welding
for maintenance and repair needs. Execute preventive and proactive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime. Keep accurate maintenance records and ensure a clean, organized work area. Support plant operations by completing additional duties as assigned. Required Skills & Qualifications 4+ years
of experience with Allen Bradley PLCs, Hydraulics, Robotics, and Welding. Proven ability to troubleshoot die casting machine cells using PLCs, electrical, and hydraulic schematics. Skilled in navigating and interpreting ladder logic for advanced troubleshooting. Experience with ABB robot programming and repairs. Proficient in gas and electric welding techniques. Technical or vocational training in
mechanical/electrical
maintenance (certificate or college coursework required). Preferred Qualifications A Level Maintenance Technician proficiency in complex industrial troubleshooting.
