The Document Coordinator is responsible for receiving, assembling, filing and managing all documents for acquired properties within a region.

The Document Coordinator is responsible for receiving, assembling, filing and managing all documents for nationwide acquisitions and dispositions.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Receive documents from brokers, processing them through our system in an organized manner. Manages Dallas corporate deed signing/notarizing for Transaction Coordinators in the field. Compile, scan and review documents and uploads documents into a digital file system. Creates hard and electronic files for each property acquired. Manages in-house document tracker. Prepares wires for escrow money deposit and closing wires. Prepares title invoices and deeds for payment. Prepares wet signatures for necessary signatures. Assists Transaction Coordinator with any additional duties. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma is required. 2+ years of closing experience with a mortgage company or financial institution. Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Skills/Specialized Knowledge

Signing and Notarizing Deeds. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours. Extremely strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Extensive experience with Title/Escrow closing and familiarity with related documents. Extensive knowledge of the complete life cycle of a real estate transaction. Familiar with state contract documents. Must be detailed oriented and have strong oral and written communication skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills; team-oriented. Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced environment within a small organization. Texas notary required Why Invitation Homes

Salary Range The salary range for this position is: $16.37 - $28.38, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
