Bilingual Patient Access Representative! Location:
Miramar, FL (33025) Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM EST-5:00 PM Pay:
$16-$19/hour- based on experience Employment Type:
Contract to hire Day to Day: - Collaborates to deliver a seamless, exceptional patient experience across a broad range of customer touch points, channels, processes, and applications, including telephones, emails, web chats, texts and faxes.- Responds to inbound and outbound interactions utilizing the EMR to schedule and confirm patient appointments, complete patient registration, and answer inquiries for five (5) or more divisions following established department protocols to ensure patient safety and data integrity- Enrolls and activates patient portal accounts, including answering questions and resolving any user issues; escalates in accordance with established process.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Bilingual in English and Spanish 2+ years of customer service experience Prior experience in call center preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Onboarding: BG, DT and flu vaccine required Don't hesitate and APPLY TODAY!
