Summary/Objective The Operations Administrator, Treatment Residential for Boundless provides direction and leadership in the operations of the assigned therapeutic residential programs. Services will be provided from a strengths-based lens, leaning into Trauma Informed Care and evidence-based treatment modalities. The Operations Administrator will ensure the provision of high-quality services that are delivered in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with company mission, vision and values. Working with individuals, clinical staff, parents/guardians, and community-based stakeholders, the Administrator facilitates access to care and addresses barriers. The Operations Administrator ensures appropriate staffing, policies, procedures, processes, and training are in place to provide safe and effective programming. Essential Functions - Directs, supervises and assists in planning overall operation of assigned residential treatment program(s); arranges work assignments and schedules the ensure proper coverage; maintains adequate supplies, materials, food and equipment; prepares and maintains system of program evaluation; ensures nutritionally balanced meals are planned and prepared; coordinates medical services, appointments, nursing procedures as trained and needed; assists with the preparation of and operates the facility within annual budget; provides for and supervises the accurate accounting and expenditure of resident funds. - Directs, supervises and assists in planning overall operation of the residential treatment home; oversees arrangement of work assignments and schedules to ensure proper coverage based upon the ISP including the development of the financial components. - Maintains adequate supplies & materials; prepares and maintains system of program evaluation; coordinates medical services, appointments, nursing procedures as trained and needed; assists with the preparation of and operates facility within annual budget; provides for and supervises the accurate accounting and expenditure of resident funds. - Supervises and provides development, implementation and evaluation of Individual Plans reviews and evaluations to ensure adequacy of services; coordinates services with community agencies, schools, and employers of individuals served; supervises, provides and coordinates program management services; coordinates procedures for admission and procedures for progress reporting as related to elements of Individual Plans as developed and implemented; supervises and provides for the health and safety of all individuals served. - Ensures the fidelity of implementation of the treatment plan, behavior support plan, and skill acquisition plan, as an extension of the clinical leadership and assists the coordination of the individual’s educational needs while these services are provided in the home. - Provides liaison services with parents, employees, community agencies and other interested parties; ensures compliance with all applicable standards; prepares and submits required reports and correspondence. - Develops annual goals and objectives for their programs, in cooperation with the Director and members of the Leadership Team that are consistent with company financial, clinical, and strategic initiatives. - Prepares and adheres to annual budgets for assigned programs while maintaining fiscal oversight on an ongoing and consistent basis. Assures budget goals are attained or communicates to the Director the reason for a modification. - Provides supervision, direction, and training to staff, program managers and supervisors to ensure staff receive and complete all mandatory or assigned trainings. - Creates, maintains, and reports on key performance indicators specific to quality assurance and outcomes that are in accordance with company financial, clinical, and strategic initiatives as they relate to therapeutic residential services. - Participates in the referral and intake process to support the evaluation process, ensure appropriateness of referrals accepted, with a focus on continual evaluation and improvement of the milieu and staff training to best support individuals served. - Ensures that everyday activities run seamlessly through the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and systems.
- Keeps abreast of local, state, and federal requirements around licensing and service provision. Ensures compliance with all company policies, contract requirements, accreditations, and
county/state/federal
regulations for all assigned programs. - Ensures programs and employees are prepared for internal and external surveys, audits, and
certification/licensing
reviews
- Facilitates coordination across all locations/areas of business to maintain quality and consistency in service delivery. - Maintains effective communication and a positive employee relation climate that encourages the sharing of information and the provision of feedback. - Ensures adequate infrastructure and allocation of resources to effectively support the day- to-day operations. Acts as a liaison for consistent communication and follow up with all locations/areas of business. - Participates in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, retention, discipline, and evaluation of assigned program staff. - Maintain partnerships and effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Works in coordination with the Clinical Administrator, Clinical Director, and Operations Director of Treatment Residential to develop and implement innovative programming. Targets of programs may include health, nutrition, and community engagement of individuals; parent education, support, and outreach; community outreach and education; and integration of services across the organization. - Assists in developing and maintaining appropriate structure in the therapeutic residential homes, fostering a positive, team atmosphere using the agency’s 30 Fundamentals as a guideline. - Ensures timely completion of all program documentation, including service documentation, auditing and monitoring, timecards, and other required reports due within identified timeframes. - May perform delegated nursing tasks and/or procedures. - Work hours are flexible with program needs. - Adheres to company policies and procedures in addition to regulations, laws and other requirements from applicable governing bodies, certification, licensure and/or accreditation entities, etc. - This job operates in a professional office environment as well as residential treatment programs. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers. Other Responsibilities

Education, Skills, Experience and Requirements Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent plus five or more year of experience in residential services for youth - Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing - Two years of supervisory experience - Must be able to lift, bend, push and pull up to 50 pounds - Ability to obtain and maintain certification in and perform physical crisis management intervention as needed - Ability to obtain and maintain certifications in First Aid and CPR - adult, child and infant; delegated nursing - Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record, if applicable - Strong communication skills, strong interpersonal skills - Excellent computer skills – including electronic health record, spreadsheets, and word processing tools – and ability to learn new programs expeditiously - Must be detail oriented and have competent literacy and writing, documentation, communications and interpersonal abilities Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Education or related field preferred - Two years of experience in the behavioral health and/or intellectual developmental disability field Competencies and Attributes Personnel Management Composure Focus on Needs of Individuals Served Teamwork Orientation Ethical Conduct Detail Oriented Flexibility Personal
