About the Role: We're hiring motivated Warehouse Associates to join our East Windsor, NJ location. This role involves loading and unloading packages from trailers, containers, and railcars. After two weeks of training, youll switch to production-based pay, where top earners average $1,500 per week before taxes. Get ready for a fast-paced, rewarding work environment with strong growth potential! What Youll Get: High Earning Potential Average $1,500 weekly after training based on production. $750 Sign-On Bonus Paid out in two parts: $375 at 45 days and $375 at 90 days. Keep a clean, safe workspace, following all company and OSHA guidelines. What Were Looking For: Physical Strength Ability to lift 25 lbs + safely. Detail-Oriented Read labels, follow instructions, and communicate effectively. Team Player Work well both independently and in a team setting. Flexible and Reliable Available for occasional weekends, holidays, and overtime, and must pass a background check and drug screening.
