Job Description Senior Control Software Engineer Indianapolis, IN (hybrid) / Remote Worker In our team as a Senior Control Software Engineer, you will develop, write, test and document embedded code for safety critical electronic engine control and monitoring systems. You may be involved at any stage of a project lifecycle from concept development, integrated/component testing through final production release. You'll usually work in project teams with colleagues in other branches of engineering. Key Accountabilities: Strong development experience Experienced in design and development of embedded software solutions Experience in software design patterns Familiarity with Integration (software/hardware and software/software) and component level testing Familiarity on software lifecycle (Design to release) Knowledge of software testing framework Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree in STEM discipline with 2+ years Software (traditional and model-base) experience, OR Master's degree in STEM discipline with experience in Software OR PhD in degree in STEM discipline with experience in Software In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident Preferred Requirements: 2+ year of experience in embedded safety critical software engineering Use a DO-178 compliant software coding process. Control software experience Digital logic design experience Experience with verification and testing frameworks Relocation assistance is available for this position.
