?We are seeking a Board Certified (BC) Hematology & Oncology Physician for a locum opportunity with a focus on both inpatient/clinic care and call responsibilities. This position is for a provider who can cover a number of specific blocks throughout the remainder of 2025.

Schedule: The schedule includes 8 hours of patient care & evening call (week 1) with and weekend call, then Monday-Friday 8 hour patient care (week 2) with no night call Dates below may be flexible for 2 weeks per month :
• 11/10/25 - 11/17/25 (Monday Monday 8 am),8 hours of on-site patient care to include Call on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday
• 11/17/25 - 11/21/25, 8 hours of on-site patient care, Mon-Fri
• 12/8/25 - 12/15/25 (Monday Monday 8 am),8 hours of on-site patient care to include Call on the weekend, Saturday and Sunday
• 12/15/25 - 12/19/25, 8 hours of on-site patient care, Mon-Fri
- Accepting dates into June 2026 for 2 weeks per month-
- Monday -Friday for day shift and night call with weekend call, followed by Monday-Friday 8 hour patient Care (no call second week).
- Setting: Inpatient, clinic, call, and rounding.
- Patient Mix: The patient population is approximately 90% Hematology and 10% Oncology . You will perform Oncology consults during hospital rounding as needed.
- EMR System: Epic experience is required.
- Experience: Proficiency in Chemotherapy, Blood Transfusions, and Immunotherapy is required.
- Minimum Board Certification: Board Certified in Medical Oncology and Hematology, or Medical Oncology with a Hematology fellowship completion.
- Required Certifications: You must have a valid IN License, BLS, and DEA Certificate .
- Patients seen per day will vary based on existing and new patients scheduled- Locum average is 12-16 employed physicians see 18-24.
