Practice Setting
- City-run clinic serving public employees and dependents
- 2-person team model: 1 NP + 1 LPN/RN
- LPN handles rooming, phones, and admin
- Athena EMR
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8a-5p
- Full-time only (5 days/week)
- Long-term assignment, start ASAP
Cases and Procedures
- General primary care and DOT/occupational health
- Firefighter and police physicals
- Drug screening, work comp triage
- DOT cert preferred (not required)
Requirements
- Board Certified FNP
- Active South Carolina license
- BLS, DEA required
Travel Accommodations
- Mileage reimbursed only
