Responsibilities

As a Pediatric Hospitalist, your responsibilities will include:

  • On-site rounding and notes
  • Taking calls from home/hotel, usually around lunch if work is complete
  • Not required to attend deliveries or c-sections
  • No APP supervision required
  • Babies room with Moms, so rounding is on the unit
  • Collaborating with FM residents and students during rounding
