  • Other Radiation Oncologists : Yes, another Radiation Oncologist will be present during the locum tenens coverage
Patient Load:
  • Average Outpatient (Clinic/Office) Per Day : 10-15 patients
  • Average Inpatient (Call/Rounding) Per Day : 0 patients
Required Procedures:
  • Conventional Radiotherapy
  • 3D Radiotherapy
  • External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT
  • External Beam Radiation - IGRT
  • External Beam Radiation - IMRT
  • Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS)
  • Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
  • Fractionated Stereotactic Radiotherapy
Required Duties:
  • Orders Tests and Images : Ensure all necessary tests and imaging are ordered for patient care
  • Prescribing : Manage prescriptions relevant to radiation oncology treatments
Documentation and Systems:
  • EMR Systems : Aria & Epic
Certification and Licensing:
  • Certification Requirements : BLS, Board Certified, or Board Eligible in Radiation Oncology
  • State License Requirements : Active Michigan license required
