Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - end of October
- Must be flexible to work days, nights and weekends
Clinical Information:
- Preference for providers to be open to working at main hospital as well as affiliated FSER's if needed
- 24,000 annual visits
- 17-Bed ED, all private
- Level III Trauma Center
- 24-hours of physician coverage daily; 12-hour shifts
- 20-hours APP coverage daily; 9 & 11-hour shifts
- Ultrasound available
- Meditech EMR
- Accredited Chest Pain Center
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified in one of the following:
- American Board of Emergency Medicine
- American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
- Will not accept ABPS
- Active IN License and DEA
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
