Coverage Needed:

• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• End Date: Ongoing
• Schedule: At least 15 x 24-hour shifts per month

• Required Procedures: C-Sections, Hysterectomies, D & Cs, Colposcopies, Hysteroscopies
• EMR: EPIC
• Support Staff: 2 APPs, 1 Midwife
• Patient Population Age Mix (12 Month Rolling through June 2025):
  • Percent of patients 6-17 = 3%
  • Percent of patients 18 - 35 = 93%
  • Percent of patients 36 - 59 = 35%
  • Percent of patients 60 - 64 = 4%
  • Percent of patients 65 - 80 = 9%
• Average Number of Cases per day (12 Month Rolling through June 2025): IP Total Encounters = 213
  • IP Admissions = 23
  • IP Consults = 12
  • IP Follow Ups = 54
  • IP Discharges = 23
  • IP Total Other E&M Encounters = 1
  • IP Total E&M Encounters = 113
  • IP Minor Non E&M Encounters = 6
  • IP Major Non E&M Encounters = 77
  • IP Total Non E&M Encounters = 100
• Trauma level II

Requirements:

• Board certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
  • or become board certified within 5 years of completion of formal training in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Active Illinois License
• Clean and easy-to-credential candidates preferred
