Locums Ophthalmologist - Billings, MTClinical Role & Schedule
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Duration: Ongoing throughout 2025
  • Availability Needed: 1-2 weeks per month
  • Shift Structure:
  • Friday 7:00 AM to following Friday 7:00 AM
  • Clinic during the day, call at night
  • Scheduled clinic hours + call
  • Call via beeper; response time required: 20 minutes
  • Call Ratio: Variable
  • Call System: Voalte (secure internal paging) Clinical Setting
    • Work Environment: Busy, fast-paced ophthalmology clinic
    • Inpatient/Outpatient Mix:
    • Clinic + hospital consults/admissions
    • Assigned and unassigned rounding
  • Admissions Required: Yes
  • Trauma Level: III and I Licensure & Certification Requirements
    • Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible - Required
    • Fellowship: Preferred
    • Certifications:
    • ACLS - Required
    • BLS - Required
  • Surgical Experience: Must have recent, active surgical experience Technology & Systems
    • EMR: Cerner
