Ongoing dates will begin April 2026. Candidate must be available for any dates detailed in job description to be considered. Candidates must be able to perform ERCP and EUS to be considered. BID DUE DATE: Aug 15th at 5p EST Rates for SubmissionMalpractice Must be included in rates.Orientation 262.50 - half the hourly/callback rate kicks in after 8 hours. Per hour oforientation or training beyond 8 hours On Call Daily 5200 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis24 Hour Holiday Call Rate - 7800 - Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratisCall Back 525 Per hour ofpatient contact hours after gratis hours are completed gratis prorate to MSAterms. Virtual EMR training must be scheduled prior to the providers first day to avoid the provider missing their first day.
