Job Description: General Manager

The starting pay for this position ranges from $24.29 to $30.36 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

DRG is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader eager to grow with a fast-expanding company! A General Manager (GM) leads by building and developing a high-performing team through training, clear communication, and recognition. The GM oversees recruiting, training, P&L, and operations to ensure excellent customer service, food quality, safety, cleanliness, and profitability. They also act as a communication liaison and uphold company culture and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop potential leaders within the team.
  • Achieve and maintain excellent operations, including staff development, restaurant cleanliness, food quality, and financial performance.
  • Maintain high standards in food quality, customer service, safety, and cleanliness by empowering staff.
  • Understand and perform all restaurant roles.
  • Be accountable for restaurant performance and decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and staff.
  • Respect and appreciate team members' efforts.
  • Build and train effective teams, providing timely feedback.
  • Ensure policy compliance.
  • Maintain strong financial results.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18+ years old.
  • High School Diploma required.
  • At least two years of restaurant experience, including leadership roles.
  • Proficient in English reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Valid Health Card as per local/state requirements.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Pass criminal background and MVR checks.
  • Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification.
  • Expected 50-hour work week with open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
