The starting pay for this position ranges from $24.29 to $30.36 per hour, depending on experience and availability.

DRG is seeking a dynamic and experienced leader eager to grow with a fast-expanding company! A General Manager (GM) leads by building and developing a high-performing team through training, clear communication, and recognition. The GM oversees recruiting, training, P&L, and operations to ensure excellent customer service, food quality, safety, cleanliness, and profitability. They also act as a communication liaison and uphold company culture and values.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop potential leaders within the team.
- Achieve and maintain excellent operations, including staff development, restaurant cleanliness, food quality, and financial performance.
- Maintain high standards in food quality, customer service, safety, and cleanliness by empowering staff.
- Understand and perform all restaurant roles.
- Be accountable for restaurant performance and decision-making.
- Communicate effectively with leadership and staff.
- Respect and appreciate team members' efforts.
- Build and train effective teams, providing timely feedback.
- Ensure policy compliance.
- Maintain strong financial results.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18+ years old.
- High School Diploma required.
- At least two years of restaurant experience, including leadership roles.
- Proficient in English reading, speaking, and writing.
- Valid Health Card as per local/state requirements.
- Reliable transportation.
- Pass criminal background and MVR checks.
- Ability to pass SERV Safe Certification.
- Expected 50-hour work week with open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
