We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our recruitment team. This role is heavily focused on scheduling , ensuring a smooth and efficient interview process for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule phone, video, and onsite interviews
- Manage complex calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly
- Communicate interview logistics clearly and professionally
- Support recruiters and hiring teams with scheduling-related tasks
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality across scheduling tools and ATS
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong experience with calendar tools , scheduling systems , and ATS platforms
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle fast-paced changes and multiple scheduling requests
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and professional discretion
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2–3+ years of experience in a scheduling or recruiting coordination role
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and tools like Outlook, Google Calendar, etc.
- Background in recruitment support or customer service is a plus
