Job Title: Spine Surgeon

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Spine Surgeon (Orthopedic or Neurosurgeon) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in spine surgery and a commitment to providing compassionate care to our patients. You will be busy from day one.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations and assessments to diagnose spine conditions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Perform surgical procedures to correct spine disorders and injuries.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including interventional pain specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay current with advancements in spine surgery techniques and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine.
• Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery or Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship training in Spine Surgery preferred.
• Valid medical license in the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
