Our team works closely with engineers, designers, marketers, etc., to design and develop technologies that improve access to information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout their lifecycle, focusing on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring solutions for users.
The Third-Party (3P) Identity team seeks an experienced Product Manager to drive our Verified Identity offerings for external developers. You will deliver safer, simpler experiences for developers and end-users, address pain points, reduce costs, and increase the value of Google Accounts. You will also shape OAuth-based and credential-based identity verification within our broader Real World Identity strategy.
The Core team builds the technical foundation behind Google’s flagship products, owning design elements, developer platforms, product components, and infrastructure. We aim to create excellent, safe, and coherent experiences, breaking down technical barriers and influencing company-wide decisions.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Salary is determined by role, level, location, skills, experience, and education. Your recruiter can share specific details during hiring.
Note: Listed compensation reflects base salary only; bonus, equity, and benefits are additional.
Responsibilities
- Craft product narratives and documents that inspire and align cross-functional teams.
- Partner with leadership to define product goals and drive next-generation, privacy-preserving technologies.
- Own the product lifecycle from identifying needs to launching new offerings that deliver value.
- Understand and advocate for the digital identity needs of users and developer partners.
