Our client is seeking to add a Plant General Manager to their team. This position offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
EDUCATION & BACKGROUND

  • 5+ years of experience in the management of a manufacturing facility is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is desired
Responsibilities
  • Provide overall hands-on management of plant operations, transportation and customer service.
  • Serve as a positive, motivating leader of a diverse team of managers and hourly team members
  • Establishing and sustaining preventive and predictive maintenance programs
  • Planning and oversight of plant projects and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental and regulatory policies and permits
  • Provide weekly and monthly production and financial reporting as required
