Key Responsibilities

  • Studio Leadership & Team Building : Lead the setup and growth of the Singapore studio. Recruit and manage cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and technology. Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Growth Strategy & Revenue : Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Drive adoption and monetization of the company’s AI-powered marketing and data solutions.
  • Client & Partner Engagement : Cultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Operational Management : Oversee daily operations and processes. Implement best practices that support scalability, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Regional Market Expansion : Drive business development efforts across Southeast Asia. Identify market opportunities and work closely with marketing and sales teams to grow brand presence.
  • Financial Oversight : Set and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability and cost control.
  • Reporting & Insights : Provide regular business performance reports to global leadership. Leverage data and analytics to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role, ideally within the tech, AI, digital media, or marketing sectors.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy, operations, and customer success in a regional context.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies or data-driven marketing tools is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
