Schedule : Morning shift

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Business Growth: Propel our market presence by effectively selling virtual staffing solutions to franchise owners through strategic networking and engagement.
  • Virtual Staffing Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge in offshoring to craft tailored offerings that address the unique needs and challenges of franchisees including understanding the transition plan to learn to work effectively with offshore resources.
  • Strategic Selling: Identify opportunities to sell our services to franchise operators, demonstrating the value and efficiency of our solutions, building business cases and developing executive value propositions.
  • Sales Leadership: Achieve sales targets through strategic sales planning, emphasizing CRM utilization to optimize client interactions and transactions.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to strategically position Cloudstaff’s services to franchised businesses.
  • Partner Ecosystem Development: take your sales to the next level by leveraging tools created by the partner channel manager to complement your industry go to market with franchise channel partners.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—Marketing, Recruitment, Client Services, and Operations—to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Client Advocacy: Be a proactive advocate for franchise clients, offering strategic advice and ensuring their success with our solutions.
  • Subject matter expertise: Act as the subject matter expert on roles that suit offshoring, hiring advisory, career pathways.
  • Preparing for AI: Ability to map standard operating procedures and advisory of potential for automation and AI to augment staffing options.
  • Executive Engagement: Present strategic sales plans and business cases to executive leadership, managing financial performance and budgets.

Qualification and requirements:

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in senior business development or account leadership roles within the financial services industry, ideally involving outsourcing, fintech, or crypto-enabled service delivery.
  • Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in building and managing a book of business through innovative networking and sales strategies.
  • Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge and expertise across the financial services industry, particularly in offshore staffing.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
  • Location Requirement: Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Dallas, TX. Alternative hub cities (e.g., Atlanta, Miami, Chicago or Los Angeles) considered for the right candidate.
