General Manager Requirements & Qualifications
  • Champion a “People First” culture through training, coaching, and leadership
  • Oversee scheduling, labor control, inventory, and daily cash operations
  • Deliver outstanding guest experiences and meet food safety standards
  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, and team development using structured people processes
  • Execute financial reviews and drive P&L performance
General Manager Preferred Background & Skills
  • Strong tenures
  • ServSafe certification or equivalent food safety training
