Summary: The General Manager serves the Board and the Association to protect and enhance community assets, perception, and quality of life. Responsible for overseeing management operations and achieving long-term goals, the GM coordinates service activities, formulates policies, and manages staff, contractors, and vendors in alignment with Association policies.

Requirements:

Essential Duties: Implement Board policies, assist with strategic planning, prepare budgets, oversee community functions, communicate with residents, analyze financial reports, facilitate meetings, supervise expenditures, ensure compliance, work with subcontractors, prepare minutes, foster community spirit, supervise staff, participate in hiring, ensure policy adherence, monitor performance, and uphold Keystone’s core values.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Driver’s License and clean MVR
  • Reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of landscape and maintenance issues
  • Certification through CAI or CACM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Financial acumen and budgeting skills
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Leadership and team development abilities
  • Resilience and deadline management

Education and Experience:

  • 3+ years as onsite General Manager
  • 3+ years supervisory experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s preferred

Salary Range: $130,000 - $140,000 annually
