Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Camarillo, CA, for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure company policies and procedures are followed. This position will be the right hand to the owner and will be given various tasks throughout the day, requiring timeliness and efficiency. Responsibilities include developing strategic goals, managing budgets and accounting, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving sales growth. The General Manager will also be responsible for coordinating with various departments to ensure seamless operations and meeting company objectives.

  • Veteran-friendly. Military experience in a leadership role is highly valued.
  • Strategic Planning and Decision-Making skills
  • Inventory management and forecasting experience
  • Financial Management and Budgeting skills
  • Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Camarillo, CA
  • Experience in the printing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, engineering, or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of advanced Excel formulas and the ability to apply those on the spot
  • Experience using Seller Central through Amazon and an understanding of ASINs, SKUs, and listing/selling items through Amazon
