Job Overview
Oversees store performance to meet or exceed customer service, sales, profitability, and merchandising goals. Manages sales, profit margins, payroll, and expenses. Responsible for hiring, training, and developing staff, and exemplifying excellent customer service and workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Hire top talent to support sales and profitability goals.
- Achieve sales, EBITDA, labor, shrink, gross margin, APC, and customer count targets.
- Meet Mystery Shop standards.
Essential Competencies
- Ability to recruit “A” players and produce results efficiently.
- Strong organizational, industry knowledge, customer service, and leadership skills.
- High standards, attention to detail, proactivity, honesty, creativity, positive attitude, work ethic, communication, teamwork, and adaptability.
Qualifications
- Completion of all required training modules, including GMIT and Talent Platform.
- Ability to participate in the succession program.
- Excellent communication and computer skills.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $44,500.00
