Experience: 7+ Years in HCM Implementation & Integration

Overview:

We’re looking for a UKG Ready / Pro Solution Architect to lead both the functional rollout and technical integration of UKG’s HCM suite. The ideal candidate has deep hands-on experience across core HR functions like Recruitment, Onboarding, Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Talent Management, along with a strong grasp of system integrations.

What You’ll Do:

Functional Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG modules including Recruitment, Onboarding, ESS/MSS, Performance, Time & Attendance, Payroll, and Benefits.
• Design and document HR workflows and business processes.
• Customize reports, dashboards, forms, and approval workflows to meet client needs.
• Support user training, testing, and go-live activities.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Integrate UKG with external systems like ATS, ERP, and benefits platforms using APIs, SFTP, or tools like Dell Boomi.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using UKG’s native tools.
• Manage system access, roles, and compliance settings.
• Troubleshoot integration issues and assist with data migration and validation.

What You Bring:

• 7+ years of experience with UKG Ready or Pro (formerly Kronos).
• Solid understanding of HCM, payroll, and workforce management processes.
• Hands-on experience with integrations and data mapping.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with UKG BI/Cognos reporting tools.
• Prior experience in global implementations.
• UKG certifications.
