About The Opportunity

• We’re seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing technology team.
• Lead the development of a modern B2B SaaS platform impacting real-world industries.
• Contribute to high-impact, technically complex projects from concept to deployment.
• Build scalable, user-centric products driving measurable results.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver new product features across frontend (React, React Native) and backend (Node.js/Express, MongoDB) systems
• Architect scalable, high-performance infrastructure to support rapid growth
• Collaborate with Product Management, UX/UI, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices and reviews
• Lead and mentor other engineers, contributing to team skill development
• Influence product strategy, roadmap, and technical architecture decisions
  

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of experience as a Fullstack Software Engineer in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment
• Strong computer science fundamentals; degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
• Proven success in leading development for large-scale applications
• Proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, React Native, Node.js, Express, MongoDB
• Solid understanding of user-centered design, scalability, and cloud architecture
• Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to thrive in an agile, fast-changing environment and make independent decisions
