Base pay range

$150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr

Senior Software Engineer

Location: Hybrid (1-2x a week onsite) in Bellevue, WA

Position Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $150K-175K, DOE

We are seeking a skilled Senior Software Engineer to lead the modernization of legacy systems while driving innovation in new solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on development, system optimization, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This company is experiencing rapid growth with a unique product and innovative solutions for their customers. Work on meaningful, mission-driven projects in a collaborative environment with opportunities for autonomy, growth, and leadership.

Responsibilities:

• Modernize and refactor legacy systems for scalability and performance.
• Design and implement new features and integrations.
• Work across the stack, focusing on .NET and diverse modern technologies.
• Solve complex technical challenges and ensure high code quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align solutions with business goals.

Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization, and database optimization.
• Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
