As a Sr. Director and Client Partner in our NorCal market, you’ll be a key member of the Client Leadership team focused on Slalom’s growing Financial Technology (FinTech) client portfolio. - Provide executive-level oversight on engagements while developing strong relationships with client senior leadership and stakeholders
- Maintain a 20% personal utilization target, modeling hands-on engagement and commitment to delivery excellence
- Mentor and coach internal teams, serving as a thought leader and people developer across the NorCal office and broader Client Leadership team
- Represent Slalom as a visible leader in the FinTech market, helping drive brand visibility and deepen client relationships across the Bay Area
- A hunger to build—this role is for someone who thrives in professional services, is eager to drive business, and sees whitespace as opportunity
- A proven ability to meet or exceed a $12.5M+ revenue target, with a strong track record of consultative selling, business development, and account growth
- Executive presence and the ability to lead conversations at the C-suite level with clarity, confidence, and strong perspective
- Deep understanding of the FinTech ecosystem—its pace, pressures, and possibilities—and how to align Slalom offerings to client needs
- 15+ years of relevant experience, including leadership roles within a consulting firm, tech company, or high-growth enterprise
- Operational acumen to manage portfolio performance, forecasting, and profitability, while also meeting a 20% individual utilization expectation
- Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams while creating an inclusive, feedback-rich, and high-performing culture
