Job Description
The Senior Solution Architect applies advanced analysis skills and experience in Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to provide reliable design solutions with a focus on quality. Deep knowledge in supply chain, procurement, manufacturing operations, and finance within Microsoft Dynamics 365 is required. Responsibilities include overseeing design and implementation of business solution components, supporting specialists, identifying and solving complex customer problems, and enabling critical processes. The role involves delivering strategic presentations, fostering executive relationships, and supporting business development activities. The architect also manages presales discoveries, analyzes organizational needs, and demonstrates how Hitachi Solutions and Microsoft Dynamics can meet customer requirements.
Qualifications
- 5+ ERP large-scale implementations of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
- Minimum 10 years of ERP experience, with 5+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O
- Presales experience preferred, with knowledge of sales processes
- Guidance on ALM, Environment, Integration, Data Migration, Security strategies
- Knowledge of emerging Microsoft technologies: Azure, Power BI, PowerApps, Flow, Data Lake, DevOps, RSAT
- Experience with Common Data Services (Dual Write) for integrations
- Collaborate with project teams, coach, and mentor members, adapt to project needs
- Curiosity about emerging enterprise technologies and experience with ISVs/IPs
Additional Requirements
- BA/BS degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 certifications
- Strong industry and product knowledge in D365 F&O
- Excellent presentation, communication, leadership skills, and client development abilities
- Organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and success-driven mindset
- Experience delivering full project lifecycle
Additional Information
Base Salary Range: USD $135,000 – USD $210,000. Compensation may vary based on responsibilities, education, experience, skills, and market factors.
