Duties
Represent clients in trademark, copyright, patent, inventorship, and trade secret disputes
Advocate in proceedings before U.S. courts, arbitration forums, the International Trade Commission, and the USPTO
Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and technical experts to develop litigation strategies
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
Manage case files and assist with trial preparation
Engage in client communication and support business development efforts
Requirements
2–4 years of intellectual property litigation experience
Eligibility to work in the United States (U.S. citizenship or permanent residency required due to export control regulations)
Ability to manage complex legal and technical matters
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Willingness to work in a hybrid office setting
Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering or life sciences
Certifications
Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or ability to become admitted)
