You’ll bring:

  • A track record of successfully leading Series C (or later-stage) equity raises, ideally $100M+
  • Demonstrable M&A execution experience, from deal origination through integration
  • Boardroom composure, investor fluency, and the ability to tell a tight financial story and get out on road shows to sell it.
  • Scalability instincts. You’ve built the finance backbone of a business before, not just maintained one

Location:

The business is based in the Northeast U.S. Will suit locally based candidates OR those open to relocation. The right candidate will need to be willing to embed themselves in the mission.
