Summary:

We’re seeking a Financial Planning & Analytics Manager (or above) to play a pivotal role in steering financial strategy, performance tracking, and decision support in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. In this role, you’ll architect forecasting models, create dynamic reporting tools from the ground up, and provide data-driven insights that influence the company’s strategic direction. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to optimize budgets, manage liquidity, and enhance operational efficiency—while also engaging with key stakeholders such as auditors, lenders, and investors. Qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years of experience in finance roles, with at least 3 years in FP&A.
• Background: Strong background in accounting or auditing is highly desirable, with a proven track record of managing external stakeholders. Experience with commodity hedging and mark-to-market reporting preferred.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
• Reporting Expertise: Demonstrated experience in building financial reporting capabilities from the ground up, with a focus on automation and scalability.
• Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable business strategies, with a focus on driving growth and profitability.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA/CPA preferred).
