We are currently looking for a Policy Analyst to support the Policy - Campaigns team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, policy, and communications - using analytics to influence public affairs strategy.

  • Lead the data visualization strategy for the Policy team — maintain dashboards and develop new self-service tools.
  • Build and manage a centralized metrics & insights dataset spanning lobbying, advocacy, regulatory, and campaign efforts.
  • Partner with Data Science, Comms, and Policy teams globally to ensure high-quality, certified data assets .
  • Develop frameworks for experimentation and attribution in advocacy/marketing campaigns.
  • Support ad hoc analytics (e.g., supply composition, economic impact, compliance trends).
  • Use tools like Minerva , SQL , Python , and Tableau to create scalable, geographic-aware visualizations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 7+ years in BI, data analytics, or data science
  • Advanced in SQL , Python , and Tableau
  • Experience with complex geographic data , big data systems , and marketing experimentation
  • Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams
  • Bonus: ML modeling, survey analysis, R/Java/React experience
