The Growth Marketing team at Figma is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Campaigns to lead the development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns across Paid and Lifecycle channels. This role will drive alignment around audience targeting, messaging strategy, and campaign planning—ensuring the right message reaches the right customer, in the right channel. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll partner closely with product marketing, creative, lifecycle, paid media, and analytics teams to define campaign strategy, guide execution, and drive clarity across functions. You’ll also bring operational rigor to the way we launch and scale campaigns, owning the systems that make us faster and more effective. This is an exciting opportunity to sit at the intersection of strategy and execution on a high-impact, creative team.

This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you'll do at Figma:

  • Partner with PMM and Creative to define campaign strategy—clarifying target audiences, messaging frameworks, and creative direction across paid and lifecycle channels
  • Own campaign planning from brief to launch—ensuring alignment across channel leads, content, and creative partners
  • Lead integrated campaign development that maps to the customer journey and drives both awareness and conversion
  • Ensure audience targeting and creative outputs are consistent with the campaign objective and tailored by funnel stage
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, acting as the primary point of contact for PMM, Creative, Analytics, and Regional teams
  • Bring clarity and structure to campaign execution—setting timelines, roles, and processes that keep work on track and unblocked
  • Manage the Paid & Lifecycle sprint process, including weekly planning, deliverable tracking, and retrospectives
  • Build and maintain creative briefs, project trackers, and status updates in tools like Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets
  • Own budget and PO tracking, partnering with finance to keep spend accurate and up to date
  • Identify and improve workflows to increase velocity, improve handoffs, and reduce confusion or misalignment

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 6+ years of experience in growth marketing, integrated marketing, or campaign strategy roles
  • Experience developing audience and messaging strategy in partnership with PMM and Creative teams
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional marketing campaigns across paid and lifecycle channels
  • Ability to translate strategy into creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and launch plans
  • Strong project management skills with experience using Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets to manage cross-functional work
  • Familiarity with paid acquisition and lifecycle fundamentals, and how they work together in a full-funnel campaign
  • Experience facilitating campaign execution across global markets, including localization planning and coordination
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to align stakeholders, push for clarity, and drive accountability

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or product-led growth environment
  • Hands-on experience running paid or lifecycle campaigns
  • Experience collaborating closely with regional marketing teams
