We are looking for a trial attorney (aspiring or experienced to join our growing team in Miami, Florida (Dadeland area). As a trial attorney, you will go to trial 6+ times a year throughout the state of Florida.

This position is in-office, Monday through Friday, 90% of the time.

Responsibilities :

·Push cases to trial

·Conduct legal research

·Prepare, review, and audit pleadings, motions, discovery, etc. in furtherance of active litigation files

·Review litigation case files and pleadings to determine appropriate action

·Work closely with paralegals

·Travel, attendance, and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, trials, and court appearances, as needed

·Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and opponents
