KPMG is currently seeking a Director, IT Cybersecurity and Risk Management to join our KPMG Delivery Network organization.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with KDN, Global, and member firm National Information Technology Security Officer (NITSO) and Risk Management teams to coordinate cybersecurity efforts
- Manage security analysts, ethical hackers, risk and compliance analysts, as well as the appropriate risk management representatives
- Deliver quantifiable benefits through measurable performance metrics
- Improve and maintain KDN's IT Security Risk Profile
- Manage compliance with Regulatory Requirements
- Drive efficiency through Team leadership and mentorship
- Minimum seven years of recent experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, and leading security teams with ten years of professional work experience in an IT environment
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (master's preferred)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and team management skills
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and tools
