Overview:

This role is responsible for driving and administering key HR programs, with a primary focus on compensation, HRIS systems, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical skills, systems knowledge, and a deep understanding of compensation best practices to support the company’s continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Compensation Programs Management

  • Maintain and manage the company’s job and pay structures, ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness through benchmarking and job analysis.
  • Manage the merit increase and bonus programs, including budgeting, planning, and execution.
  • Manages the end-to-end process for the annual RSU refresh, from analysis to implementation.
  • Review and provide recommendations for promotions and salary adjustments.
  • Administer and manage the company’s recognition programs.
  • Management and coordination of the US and EU sales incentive programs.

HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Lead and ensure completion of annual compliance programs, including:
  • Non-Discrimination Testing (NDT)
  • Form 5500 filings
  • Internal and external audits
  • CA Pay Reporting
  • Prepare and deliver necessary documentation and reports for compliance requirements.

HRIS Systems Management

  • Oversee the integrity and functionality of HR systems, including ADP Workforce Now and Oracle, as well as tools supporting merit, bonus, and performance management processes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system capabilities to align with business growth.
  • Ensure accurate and consistent employee data across all systems.
  • Collaborate with internal IT and external vendors (e.g., ADP) to resolve data flow or integration issues.
  • Conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy.

HR Operations Support

  • Partner with business leaders to understand objectives and deliver HR solutions
  • Responsible for managing workplace safety programs, including handling injury and illness reporting in alignment with workers’ compensation requirements.
  • Drive the performance management process through HR systems to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Support recruitment activities and exit processes as needed.
  • Assist with the annual benefits renewal and open enrollment process.
  • Initiate and process employee changes such as salary adjustments, status updates, and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on compensation, performance management, compliance, and HRIS.
  • 1 year of management experience preferred.
  • Strong experience with ADP Workforce Now and Oracle or similar enterprise-level HRIS platforms.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent judgment and ability to make independent decisions within established HR policies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; must handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Chinese preferred
  • Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Solid knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
