Base pay range

$200,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

Join a small, elite team building ultra-low latency systems at the intersection of hardware and alpha research. We're looking for a Hardware Engineer with strong SystemVerilog expertise and experience in FPGA or ASIC design to accelerate and optimize our trading infrastructure which co-locates high frequency trading (HFT) logic directly onto the same silicon device where we run our core exchange matching engine. This technology paired with our production grade AI price prediction models will give high frequency traders the ultimate tool-chest across traditional finance and crypto.

What You’ll Do

• Design and implement low-latency hardware systems using SystemVerilog.
• Develop custom FPGA or ASIC solutions optimized for high-throughput, minimal-latency environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with alpha researchers and HFT strategists to support and accelerate signal discovery and execution.
• Contribute to performance-critical components in Rust and/or C++.
• Profile, benchmark, and optimize hardware/software co-design systems for trading use cases.

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in SystemVerilog and RTL design.
• Experience with FPGA or ASIC development for performance-critical applications.
• Strong programming skills in Rust and/or C++.
• Familiarity with high-frequency trading systems, low-latency networking, or custom hardware pipelines.
• Interest in financial trading or crypto is a plus.
