What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively prospect new business opportunities with both new and existing customers to build a strong sales pipeline
- Manage accounts for companies with revenues under $500M, leading the sales process from initial contact to deal closing and renewal
- Meet or exceed revenue targets consistently
- Collaborate cross-functionally to tailor solutions that meet customer needs
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system (Salesforce)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years of direct field sales experience, preferably in the corporate sector
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in a consultative and value-based selling approach
- Experience selling complex software solutions to small and medium companies
- Strong skills in leading detailed sales processes involving various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently from a home office and travel to customer locations as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- College degree preferred
- Experience with high-velocity sales and a land-and-expand approach
- Proven ability to engage C-level executives using a solution-selling approach
- Enthusiasm for prospecting and managing the entire sales cycle independently
- Experience in developing and executing account plans
