About the Role
Reporting to the Business Development Director, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts across the Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Life Sciences, and Industrial Manufacturing sectors. This is a strategic leadership role focused on expanding market presence, building long-term client relationships, and delivering on ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business development and account growth across key verticals.
- Manage sales budgets and forecasts aligned with regional strategy.
- Identify and pursue new client opportunities in target sectors.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Promote brand awareness and represent the company at industry events.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5+ years in a senior sales, business development, or commercial leadership role.
- Proven experience working with large industrial clients, particularly in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing .
- Strong background in consultancy or multi-service environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-driven approach.
