As we expand our footprint, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive business growth.

Position Overview: The Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy to achieve revenue goals, increase market share, and build long-term client relationships. This individual will oversee all sales functions, manage a team of sales professionals, and serve as a key member of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand the customer base.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in retail.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure alignment with client needs and project goals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
  • Stay current with market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activity in the POP display industry.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development for large accounts.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in an Account Executive role, preferably within the POP display or retail marketing industry.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Deep understanding of the POP/retail display market, including materials, production timelines, and client expectations.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
