Job Title: Process & Systems Transformation Manager

Location: Hybrid – 2x/week onsite in the Bay Area, CA

Type: Contract (Approx. 6 months)

About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and hands-on Process & Systems Transformation Manager to lead cross-functional finance transformation initiatives, focusing on Order to Cash (O2C) , Procure to Pay (P2P) , and Record to Report (R2R) workstreams. This role is critical in streamlining operations and scaling our finance systems and processes for growth.

The ideal candidate has successfully led end-to-end systems implementations and business process redesigns in high-growth environments and is fluent in tools such as NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, and Bill.com .

This is a 6-month contract role with an expected hybrid schedule of 2 days per week onsite in the Bay Area, CA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transformation projects across O2C, P2P, and R2R functions, ensuring process alignment and system integration
• Partner with Accounting, Finance, Procurement, and IT teams to document current-state processes and design scalable future-state workflows
• Own systems implementation and optimization efforts (NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, Bill.com), including requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and user training
• Identify automation opportunities and implement controls to improve efficiency, compliance, and audit readiness
• Develop documentation for SOPs, workflows, and internal control narratives
• Support change management initiatives and provide guidance to end-users during transition periods
• Collaborate with third-party vendors and consultants, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field; CPA or MBA a plus
• Proven experience driving process and system transformation projects across O2C, P2P, and R2R
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite , Coupa , Concur , and Bill.com is required
• Demonstrated success in prior systems implementations —from blueprint to go-live
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
