Duties:
- Represent clients in private equity and leveraged buyout transactions.
- Provide strategic legal advice to private equity firms, portfolio companies, and financial institutions.
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of transaction documents, including acquisition agreements, financing agreements, and equity ownership structures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, corporate, and litigation departments, to address client needs.
- Participate in the development and execution of complex M&A and financing deals.
- Conduct legal research and provide well-reasoned legal analysis to support transaction structures and business decisions.
- Manage client relationships and deliver timely and efficient legal services.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of experience in private equity, leveraged buyouts, or similar transactions.
- Admission to the Massachusetts State Bar (or eligibility for admission via waiver).
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
