Base pay range
$102,000.00/yr - $138,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Due to rapid growth, Kforce's client, a Long Island based CPA firm which specializes in High Net Worth and family office clients, is seeking a Tax Manager and a Tax Senior. The firm offers a very generous compensation plan, along with flexible work arrangements and rapid advancement potential (towards partnership). Key Tasks:
- Responsibilities include preparation and/or review of individual, corporate, partnership, trust and estate returns and projections for accuracy as well as provide insight to tax saving measures
- Manage, train and mentor staff
- Consultation with clients on various business matters
- CPA, EA and Master's degree are plusses
- 3-10 years of recent public tax experience with HNW individuals and mid-sized businesses
- Proficient with a multitude of accounting software, Word and Excel; CCH a plus

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
