Senior Recruitment Consultant | Financial Operations & Business Technology

An established European firm in the testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) industry is building out their U.S. team, and is looking to hire a Finance Manager/Director to support Finance & Accounting of the expansion.

Responsibilities:

- Act as the primary financial partner to the US management team and other Managing Directors to ensure integration of new acquisitions and optimize financial governance/reporting processes.

- Lead KPI implementations and guide financial performance in alignment with business objectives

- Lead integration of new acquisitions on financial processes, consolidation, and financial transparency

- Oversee financial reporting initiatives and workflow, focusing on quality/control of KPIs and data

- Collaborate with the Corporate Development team on FDD and transition the financial model and budget

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 5+ years of experience, including experience in public accounting, FDD, and financial accounting at a PE/venture-backed firm

- CPA preferred
