Base pay range

$120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Treasury Manager in Bethesda, MD. Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to lead and manage daily treasury operations. This role will play a key part in ensuring the company's cash is managed effectively, risks are minimized, and policies are followed. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily cash positioning and forecasting
• Manage banking relationships and ensure optimal account structures
• Monitor liquidity needs and support investment of excess cash
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with company policies
• Lead treasury-related projects and support process improvements
• Administer treasury systems and online banking platforms
• Analyze and track bank fees and performance
• Collaborate with accounting, finance, and other departments as needed
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior treasury staff
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of treasury or cash management experience
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in banking relationships and treasury systems, along with a proven ability to develop and implement process improvements
• Strong knowledge of cash analysis, banking operations, and internal controls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is a plus
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
