We’re seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer to support secure, mission-critical environments. You'll maintain cloud and physical Linux infrastructure - ensuring stability, scalability, and availability across air-gapped deployments. This is a high-impact, hands-on position requiring deep knowledge of Linux systems, containerized environments, and infrastructure as code.

Core Responsibilities

• Maintain the availability of cloud and physical Linux servers powering production platforms in air-gapped environments
• Design, deploy, and operate infrastructure to meet mission and product requirements
• Collaborate with engineering teams to align on deployment requirements and service level objectives (SLOs)
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network and systems issues
• Automate operational workflows using scripting languages
• Monitor and improve system performance using observability tools and infrastructure metrics

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Linux system administration (RHEL or equivalent preferred)
• Experience managing containerized applications in Kubernetes environments
• Experience managing fleets of Linux servers with configuration management tools such as Puppet or Ansible
• Background working in both cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hardware-based environments
• Strong troubleshooting skills across full-stack environments using observability tools and logs
• Scripting proficiency in Bash, Python, Go, Java, or other relevant languages
• Comfortable operating at scale with technologies including load balancing, monitoring, alerting, and container orchestration

Preferred Certifications

• DOD 8570 IAT Level II or higher (e.g., Security+, CISSP )
