Job Description
Are you a strategic, data-driven leader passionate about transforming insights into actionable strategies? We are seeking a Director of Performance Measurement & Media Insights to lead the optimization of paid media strategies and foster measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead Performance Measurement Strategy: Define and implement a unified measurement approach across all paid media channels; develop frameworks linking channel performance to business outcomes and KPIs; create dashboards for real-time insights; translate data into executive-level insights; promote a data-driven marketing culture.
- Drive Strategic Forecasting & Scenario Planning: Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to align forecasts with organizational goals; develop models to evaluate media mix and budgets; present insights to leadership; enhance forecasting through automation.
- Build a Scalable Experimentation Practice: Establish a centralized testing function; develop a testing roadmap; ensure rigorous methodologies; maintain a repository of learnings.
- Scale Segmentation & Personalization: Lead activation of first-party data; partner with data teams for segmentation strategies; ensure ethical data use.
- Grow and Develop a High-Performing Team: Lead and mentor analysts and media experts; define growth paths; establish KPIs; recruit top talent.
- Provide Executive Oversight of Media Operations: Support seamless campaign execution; oversee processes and infrastructure; drive operational excellence.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading teams and vendors in digital marketing and performance measurement.
- Strong business acumen and a technology background.
- Proven success in managing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in business, finance, mathematics, or related fields.
- Experience building and optimizing digital campaigns for growth.
- Strategic yet hands-on; excellent data interpretation skills; strong communication skills for executive audiences.
- Expertise in digital marketing strategies, platforms, attribution models, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.
